1. A waiver must be signed before going trackside – this waiver will be valid for the current event only;
2. Credential must be visible at all times;
3. Media requiring trackside access are required to wear a vest;
4. Be mindful of the colours you are wearing, Red or Yellow are not recommended and can be confused with flags. Trackside access may be refused;
5. Stand on both your feet – no kneeling. You need to be able to move quickly.
6. The distance between you and the racetrack should be of at least 20 feet.
7. Track crossing is allowed ONLY between sessions;
8. Always obey Officials or Marshals’ directions promptly;
9. It is not permitted to stand on the outside of a corner – see track map for restrictions on locations;
10. Do not block emergency or service vehicle’s access route or marshal’s line of sight;
11. Do not attempt to “help” or give assistance during an incident. Marshals and EMS have the proper training and experience to respond;
12. Look twice before crossing pit lane;
13. Drones are not permitted;
14. It is not permitted to place a camera or any equipment on the edge of the asphalt or a curb;
15. Demeaning or profanity posts will invalidate current and subsequent credentials.
16. In respect of injured parties we prohibit the taking, sharing or publishing of pictures or videos of the any serious incidents or people receiving medical attention.
Your media credential may be revoked immediately at any time if you violate any of the above rules or if you are acting in an unsafe manner.
Failure to follow direction of RACE MOTO.CA officials or corner marshals will result in immediate expulsion from the event and depending on the seriousness of the infraction could also result in being excluded from future events.
