Return Policy
The RACE Moto Licence Application Fee is non-refundable. In the event that a registered racer is unable to attend an event, the Event Entry Fee may be used as a credit towards the next event based on the following criteria: • 100% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to RACE Moto seven days or more prior to the first day of the Event (understanding that a RACE Moto event begins on Friday). • 80% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to RACE Moto less than seven days prior to the event and up until Thursday. • No refunds or credits are available as of 12:01 am on Friday morning of the event weekend. • A processing fee of $25 will be charged to all transfers and refunds.

Round 5 of the RACE Moto season is held at Shannonville Motorsport Park as part of the facility’s 50th Anniversary Race & Reunion.
Shannonville Motorsport Park opened in the mid-1970s and has been a long-standing venue for motorcycle road racing in Ontario. This event combines a standard RACE Moto race weekend with a gathering recognizing the track’s history and the riders, teams, and community connected to it.
The weekend runs as a full competition round, with scheduled practice, qualifying, and race sessions across all classes. All participants must hold a valid RACE Moto competition licence to enter and compete.
A VIP pass is available for the weekend, which includes:

Admission for the full event
Access to the anniversary BBQ
Commemorative 50th Anniversary T-shirt

This round serves as both a championship event and a milestone weekend at Shannonville.
