Round 3 of the RACE Moto season runs at Shannonville Motorsport Park on the Nelson Track configuration.
The Nelson Track is the original Shannonville circuit at approximately 1.8 km. It is a compact layout defined by close corner spacing, limited runoff, and constant rider input, making it a distinct contrast to the longer track configurations used earlier in the season.
This round is delivered as a full race weekend, with scheduled practice, qualifying, and race sessions across all classes.
All participants must hold a valid RACE Moto competition licence to enter and compete.
As a shorter circuit, the Nelson Track typically produces tight lap times and close on-track interaction, placing emphasis on consistency, control, and traffic management over outright speed.
