Return Policy
The RACE Moto Licence Application Fee is non-refundable. In the event that a registered racer is unable to attend an event, the Event Entry Fee may be used as a credit towards the next event based on the following criteria: • 100% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to RACE Moto seven days or more prior to the first day of the Event (understanding that a RACE Moto event begins on Friday). • 80% of Event Entry Fee with written notice to RACE Moto less than seven days prior to the event and up until Thursday. • No refunds or credits are available as of 12:01 am on Friday morning of the event weekend. • A processing fee of $25 will be charged to all transfers and refunds.

This package covers all race rounds and track events at Shannonville Motorsport Park, including milestone weekends like the 50th Anniversary Race & Reunion. It’s designed for riders committing to the full calendar who want everything handled in one place.
A valid RACE Moto competition licence is required to race. Riders with recognized racing experience within the past five years can apply directly. If you don’t meet that requirement, RACE Moto Racing School provides the path to get licenced and eligible.
Instead of booking events individually, this package secures your place across the season and keeps your focus where it belongs—on the bike and on track.
For riders planning to run the full year, this is the most direct way in.
